- "Person" means any individual, company, or group.
- If you're using the platform on behalf of someone else, like a company, you're responsible for making sure they follow these terms too. You'll be held responsible for anything they do on the platform.

2. Eligibility Criteria
Absolutely! We admire your enthusiasm for riding and exploring. To ride with us, you need to be 18 years old or above and possess a valid driver's license. For our superbike enthusiasts, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
3. "Onn Rides Subscription:"
Subscription: The plans and prices for subscriptions will be updated on the Platform regularly. You should pick the subscription that suits your needs. When you book, you'll need to pay online for the first month's subscription and a security deposit. After that, you'll be billed every 30 days for the subscription service. You'll keep getting charged until you cancel.
4. Invoice: You need to pay the Company according to the invoice in advance for the services.
5. Auto-Debit Authorization: By agreeing to these terms, you give the Company permission to automatically deduct payments from your chosen payment method for the services.
6. Payment Notifications: The Company will remind you about upcoming payments at least 3 days before they're due for each billing cycle, based on your subscription plan.
7. Vouchers and Coupons
The Company or its partners might give out coupons or vouchers, each with different rules:
Coupons give you discounts or cashback on purchases on our Platform. They don't cover any taxes you pay during booking.
Vouchers are given by the Company if you cancel a booking. They give you credits for the whole booking amount. You can use vouchers for future bookings on our Platform. When you use a voucher for a booking, the system will adjust the tax for the next booking automatically.
8. Additional Fees
· Extra Kilometers: If you go over the allowed kilometers, we'll calculate the extra charges when you return the vehicle, and you'll need to pay them on the spot.
· Damages: We'll check for any damages when you return the vehicle, and you'll have to pay for them right then and there according to our damage terms.
· Speeding: You need to drive the vehicles within the speed limits. We'll let you know the speed limit for your vehicle in the confirmation email after you book. You must stick to this limit or the limit set by the authorities, whichever is lower. If you break the speed limit three times in a row, you'll be charged INR 500 for each additional violation.
9. Vehicle Usage Terms and Restrictions
Users can only book vehicles for personal use and are fully responsible for the vehicle they rent or subscribe to during the rental or subscription period. Breaking the terms during this time is a serious violation of our rules. While we can't promise vehicle availability, we'll do our best to help you out.
Here are some important things to remember:
- If you're new to handling large and powerful vehicles, be careful.
- If you're between 18 and 20 years old, you can ride vehicles below 200cc (except Yamaha R15). If you're 21 or older, you can ride any vehicle, including superbikes.
- Always wear a helmet, closed-toe shoes, and pants while riding. No flip-flops, sandals, or shorts allowed.
- Booking extensions depend on vehicle availability.
- Only the person who booked is allowed to drive the vehicle.
- Vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at our designated parking spots unless you've requested and paid for home delivery (if available).
- You're responsible for inspecting the vehicle when you pick it up. Let our team know immediately if you notice any damage, malfunctions, or missing parts.
- While vehicles are insured, you can choose to get separate insurance for yourself. We're not
Responsible for any accidents.
- You ride at your own risk, and we're not responsible for any loss, injury, or death.
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition you received them.
- Fuel, tolls, roadside assistance, and taxes are not included in the rental or subscription package.
- You're responsible for any traffic violations and associated costs. Report them to us as soon as possible.
- You'll have to pay towing costs for tire punctures, collisions, or breakdowns due to improper usage. Mechanical failures are covered by us.
- Our bikes and cars have GPS tracking, so follow speed guidelines. We'll penalize you for rash driving (up to INR 500 per instance).
- If you leave any belongings in the vehicle, we'll try to return them, but we're not responsible for any losses due to your negligence.
Here are some things you can't do with our vehicles:
- Exceed the prescribed load or passenger limit.
- Use them for rallies, competitions, stunts, or any illegal activities.
- Use them under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
- Make any modifications to the vehicle.
- Share them with minors.
- Carry sharp objects, weapons, or illegal substances.
10. Helmet Rental Procedure
You'll receive one free helmet with your booking.
If you need extra helmets, you can add them during booking. Just choose the quantity on the summary page.
You can rent up to two helmets per booking.
If a helmet is damaged or lost, there's a charge of INR 899/- INR per helmet, as we provide branded helmets.
11. Responsibility for Vehicle Damage
The User agrees to cover all costs for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicle parts, regardless of fault. If items can't be repaired, you'll need to pay their current market price.
A Company representative will check the vehicle and its parts for damage. Damage is defined as follows:
- Any damage existing before you received the vehicle, agreed upon by both you and the Company, and won’t be charged.
- If there's a tear in the seat cover, you'll be charged for replacement. However, no charges for opening stitched joints.
- Any other damage not due to normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
If there's an accident involving vehicles with an engine capacity below 200cc:
- You'll be responsible for paying up to INR 15,000, plus an additional 50% of the daily rental or subscription rate for each day the vehicle is inactive due to repairs.
If damages exceed INR 15,000:
- An insurance claim will be filed, and you'll be charged INR 15,000.
For accidents involving vehicles with an engine capacity of 200cc and above:
- If damages exceed INR 25,000, an insurance claim will be filed, and you'll be charged INR 25,000.
Theft Liability:
- You're solely responsible for the vehicle during the rental or subscription period.
- If the vehicle is stolen, you must report it to the police and follow all legal procedures until it's recovered or an insurance claim is approved.
- If the insurance claim is rejected, you must pay the fair market value of the vehicle.
- Failure to comply with the vehicle recovery process may result in legal action, and you'll be responsible for any legal expenses incurred.
You agree to cover all legal and recovery costs related to these matters.
12. Notifications
The Company offers various automatic and/or customized alerts while providing Services.
You understand that factors beyond our control may cause delays or prevent the delivery of alerts through the Platform. We will try our best to send alerts promptly and with accurate information. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery or accuracy of any alert. You agree that we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or incorrect content in alerts. We are also not liable for any actions you or third parties take or don't take based on an alert.
13. Get in touch with you
You agree that we may contact you via phone, email, SMS, or any other communication method for the following reasons:
- Providing Services to you
- Gathering feedback about the Platform or our Services
- Gathering feedback about other Users on the Platform
- Informing you about events or initiatives you might be interested in as part of our user community
- Addressing complaints, information, or queries from other Users about your important content.
14. User-Company Relationship
This Terms and Conditions agreement establishes that the Company and you have a service provider and user relationship only. You don't have the authority to represent or commit the Company in any way.
15. No Assignment Clause
These Terms apply only to you, and you cannot transfer or assign the contract between you and us to anyone else.
16. Laws, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Platform must be brought before the courts in Hyderabad.
17. Complete Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and use of the Platform.

If you have a complaint, we'll address it according to our standard procedures. Even if you're not satisfied with the outcome, it doesn't mean we haven't addressed your complaint. We've appointed a nodal officer to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws.

14. User-Company Relationship
This Terms and Conditions agreement establishes that the Company and you have a service provider and user relationship only. You don't have the authority to represent or commit the Company in any way.
15. No Assignment Clause
These Terms apply only to you, and you cannot transfer or assign the contract between you and us to anyone else.
16. Laws, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Platform must be brought before the courts in Hyderabad.

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and use of the Platform.

THESE TERMS ARE LIKE AN ONLINE AGREEMENT MADE ACCORDING TO THE LAW. THEY FOLLOW RULES ABOUT ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS. YOU DON'T NEED TO PHYSICALLY SIGN THEM.
TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU USE THE PLATFORM, IT MEANS YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW THESE TERMS. IF YOU DON'T AGREE, PLEASE DON'T USE THE PLATFORM OR ITS SERVICES.
These terms are like a deal between you and the Company. They cover how you can use the platform and its services. When you use the platform, you agree to follow these terms along with any other rules or notices you might see. This includes the Privacy Policy found at [privacy platform link to be added]. By using the platform, you agree to follow all the laws that apply. If you keep using the platform, it means you agree to any changes we make to these terms in the future.
Just to make things clear:
- You and the Company are called "Parties" together.
- "Person" means any individual, company, or group.
- If you're using the platform on behalf of someone else, like a company, you're responsible for making sure they follow these terms too. You'll be held responsible for anything they do on the platform.

Before you can access certain parts of the Platform, you might need to agree to extra terms by clicking a button like "I Accept," "I Agree," "Okay," "I Consent," or something similar. Your clicking on these buttons means you agree to these terms. This agreement will be considered valid under the law.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Absolutely! We admire your enthusiasm for riding and exploring. To ride with us, you need to be 18 years old or above and possess a valid driver's license. For our superbike enthusiasts, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
3. "Onn Rides Subscription:"
Subscription: The plans and prices for subscriptions will be updated on the Platform regularly. You should pick the subscription that suits your needs. When you book, you'll need to pay online for the first month's subscription and a security deposit. After that, you'll be billed every 30 days for the subscription service. You'll keep getting charged until you cancel.
4. Invoice: You need to pay the Company according to the invoice in advance for the services.
5. Auto-Debit Authorization: By agreeing to these terms, you give the Company permission to automatically deduct payments from your chosen payment method for the services.
6. Payment Notifications: The Company will remind you about upcoming payments at least 3 days before they're due for each billing cycle, based on your subscription plan.
7. Vouchers and Coupons
The Company or its partners might give out coupons or vouchers, each with different rules:
Coupons give you discounts or cashback on purchases on our Platform. They don't cover any taxes you pay during booking.
Vouchers are given by the Company if you cancel a booking. They give you credits for the whole booking amount. You can use vouchers for future bookings on our Platform. When you use a voucher for a booking, the system will adjust the tax for the next booking automatically.
8. Additional Fees
· Extra Kilometers: If you go over the allowed kilometers, we'll calculate the extra charges when you return the vehicle, and you'll need to pay them on the spot.
· Damages: We'll check for any damages when you return the vehicle, and you'll have to pay for them right then and there according to our damage terms.
· Speeding: You need to drive the vehicles within the speed limits. We'll let you know the speed limit for your vehicle in the confirmation email after you book. You must stick to this limit or the limit set by the authorities, whichever is lower. If you break the speed limit three times in a row, you'll be charged INR 500 for each additional violation.
9. Vehicle Usage Terms and Restrictions
Users can only book vehicles for personal use and are fully responsible for the vehicle they rent or subscribe to during the rental or subscription period. Breaking the terms during this time is a serious violation of our rules. While we can't promise vehicle availability, we'll do our best to help you out.
Here are some important things to remember:
- If you're new to handling large and powerful vehicles, be careful.
- If you're between 18 and 20 years old, you can ride vehicles below 200cc (except Yamaha R15). If you're 21 or older, you can ride any vehicle, including superbikes.
- Always wear a helmet, closed-toe shoes, and pants while riding. No flip-flops, sandals, or shorts allowed.
- Booking extensions depend on vehicle availability.
- Only the person who booked is allowed to drive the vehicle.
- Vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at our designated parking spots unless you've requested and paid for home delivery (if available).
- You're responsible for inspecting the vehicle when you pick it up. Let our team know immediately if you notice any damage, malfunctions, or missing parts.
- While vehicles are insured, you can choose to get separate insurance for yourself. We're not
Responsible for any accidents.
- You ride at your own risk, and we're not responsible for any loss, injury, or death.
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition you received them.
- Fuel, tolls, roadside assistance, and taxes are not included in the rental or subscription package.
- You're responsible for any traffic violations and associated costs. Report them to us as soon as possible.
- You'll have to pay towing costs for tire punctures, collisions, or breakdowns due to improper usage. Mechanical failures are covered by us.
- Our bikes and cars have GPS tracking, so follow speed guidelines. We'll penalize you for rash driving (up to INR 500 per instance).
- If you leave any belongings in the vehicle, we'll try to return them, but we're not responsible for any losses due to your negligence.
Here are some things you can't do with our vehicles:
- Exceed the prescribed load or passenger limit.
- Use them for rallies, competitions, stunts, or any illegal activities.
- Use them under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
- Make any modifications to the vehicle.
- Share them with minors.
- Carry sharp objects, weapons, or illegal substances.
10. Helmet Rental Procedure
You'll receive one free helmet with your booking.
If you need extra helmets, you can add them during booking. Just choose the quantity on the summary page.
You can rent up to two helmets per booking.
If a helmet is damaged or lost, there's a charge of INR 899/- INR per helmet, as we provide branded helmets.
11. Responsibility for Vehicle Damage
The User agrees to cover all costs for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicle parts, regardless of fault. If items can't be repaired, you'll need to pay their current market price.
A Company representative will check the vehicle and its parts for damage. Damage is defined as follows:
- Any damage existing before you received the vehicle, agreed upon by both you and the Company, and won’t be charged.
- If there's a tear in the seat cover, you'll be charged for replacement. However, no charges for opening stitched joints.
- Any other damage not due to normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
If there's an accident involving vehicles with an engine capacity below 200cc:
- You'll be responsible for paying up to INR 15,000, plus an additional 50% of the daily rental or subscription rate for each day the vehicle is inactive due to repairs.
If damages exceed INR 15,000:
- An insurance claim will be filed, and you'll be charged INR 15,000.
For accidents involving vehicles with an engine capacity of 200cc and above:
- If damages exceed INR 25,000, an insurance claim will be filed, and you'll be charged INR 25,000.
Theft Liability:
- You're solely responsible for the vehicle during the rental or subscription period.
- If the vehicle is stolen, you must report it to the police and follow all legal procedures until it's recovered or an insurance claim is approved.
- If the insurance claim is rejected, you must pay the fair market value of the vehicle.
- Failure to comply with the vehicle recovery process may result in legal action, and you'll be responsible for any legal expenses incurred.
You agree to cover all legal and recovery costs related to these matters.
